Early-Career Event: Kick off the experience with a special half-day session for early-career researchers on Sunday, June 29, 2025, focusing on networking and skill-building.

Financial Support for LMIC Delegates

Thanks to the generosity of partners, bursaries are available for delegates from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) or LMIC nationals studying abroad.

Eligibility:

  • Residents of LMIC countries (based on the World Bank list)
  • LMIC nationals studying overseas

Bursary Details:

  • Up to £2,000 per delegate for travel, visa, and accommodation expenses
  • Conference registration fee waived

How to Apply:
Complete the online bursary application form before February 21, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified by early April.
