The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced vacancies for teaching and non-teaching staff across numerous departments and faculties.
The advertisement, published by the Registrar and Secretary to Council, Bimpe Omoyiwola, will run for six weeks from the date of publication, August 27, 2026.
Interested and suitably qualified candidates are to apply through the university’s official application portal at uniben.edu/emp.
Candidates should submit soft copies of their application letter, detailed Curriculum Vitae and passport photograph via the online portal.
For teaching positions, the basic qualification is a first degree not below Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD. Requirements vary by rank, ranging from Graduate Assistant to Professor.
