What You’ll Be Doing
As a Credit Control Intern, you’ll be at the heart of Unilever’s finance operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and tracking payment timelines.
- Engaging with stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.
- Applying debt recovery strategies such as reminders and follow-ups.
- Reconciling payments against invoices and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions.
- Generating regular reports on credit risks and collection performance.
- Supporting the development of credit control policies.
- Monitoring customer bank guarantees and ensuring effective cash and incentive processes.
What You Need to Apply

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Be currently serving or have completed your NYSC.
- Possess strong financial and analytical skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
