
The Western Union Foundation, in collaboration with Watson Institute, is now accepting applications for its 2025 Global Fellowship Program—a fully funded opportunity designed for social entrepreneurs and leaders from marginalized, refugee, and forcibly displaced communities.
This fellowship offers hands-on training, expert mentorship, and a global network to help fellows scale their ventures and deepen their social impact.
What You’ll Gain

- Individuals actively serving underserved communities and ready to scale their impact
Eligible Locations
Applicants living in or working within the following countries are especially encouraged to apply:
Nigeria, Uganda, India, Bangladesh, UK, USA, Mexico, Germany, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Lithuania, the Philippines, Japan, and Pakistan.
Program Timeline

Fellowship Duration: August 25 – December 16, 2025

Immersive Experience: Begins August 25 (2 weeks virtual)

Weekly Sessions: Tuesdays to Thursdays, 8:30 AM–10:30 AM MT (GMT-6)

Time Commitment: 8–10 hours per week (10–15 hours during immersive phase)
