Aradel Holdings has announced its 2025/2026 Internship Program for students and recent graduates who are looking to build real experience and gain meaningful exposure in the energy sector. The program is designed to support career development through hands-on learning, coaching and structured professional guidance.
The internship runs in Lagos and Port Harcourt, offering participants the chance to work within a dynamic environment while learning directly from industry professionals.
Undergraduate internships last a minimum of six months or as required by the student’s university, while graduate internships run for at least twelve months.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Internship
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program
- Must be in 300 or 400 level
- Must have official approval for internship during the 2025/2026 academic year
Graduate Internship
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Must have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit (for HND graduates)
- Must be a recent graduate, not more than one year post-graduation
