Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), one of the country’s leading energy companies operating in partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, has announced the opening of its 2026 Undergraduate Internship Program.
The internship is part of Chevron’s long-standing support for the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and its broader commitment to corporate social responsibility. The program is designed to help students strengthen their technical abilities, gain practical experience and develop professionally within a structured work environment.
As an intern, you will take on tasks related to your field of study, working closely with an assigned supervisor who guides your daily responsibilities and overall growth.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Be Nigerian students studying either within the country or overseas.
- Be currently enrolled in an academic program leading to a Bachelor’s, National Diploma or Higher National Diploma.
- Require industrial training as part of their school curriculum.
Selection Process
Applicants must submit a SIWES recommendation letter from their institution along with their online application.
The internship runs for a minimum of three months and can extend up to twelve months, depending on the institution’s requirements.
All applications will be screened, and shortlisted candidates will undergo aptitude tests. Final selection will depend on test performance and available internship slots.
