NYSC Opens Remobilization Portal for 2026 Batch A Abscondees: How to Register Before May 28 Deadline

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has opened its remobilization portal for abscondee corps members under the 2026 Batch A, with registration running from May 14 to May 28, 2026.

The scheme released the notice via its official social media pages, urging all affected corps members to act quickly before the deadline.

To qualify for the remobilization registration, two conditions must be met. The abscondee corps member’s refund amount must have been entered online by the State Corps Discipline and Reward Officer, and their deployed state must have been inputted online by the CW&HS Department. Corps members who do not meet these conditions are advised to contact their State Coordinator directly via nysc.gov.ng/secretariat.html.

For those who qualify, the registration process is straightforward. Abscondee corps members are required to visit the NYSC portal by clicking here or click the Remobilization 2026 A Orange image on the portal.

They will then need to enter their former state code, email address, and former callup number in the correct format, before clicking “Check Remobilization” to receive a success feedback.

Once confirmed, the portal dashboard will be automatically unblocked, allowing the corps member to log in and make any required refund. NYSC noted that refunds are processed via the dashboard only.

After completing the process, corps members must print their remobilization letter and certificate format bearing 2026 Batch A, then report immediately to their remobilized state for documentation.

Affected corps members are advised not to delay, as the portal closes on May 28, 2026.
