About the Role
As Head of Risk Management, you’ll provide oversight on Tangerine’s Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework. You will translate the risk appetite framework into informed decision-making practices, supporting business goals and strategic objectives while overseeing internal control activities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A First Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in risk management or a related area within the financial services sector
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of insurance product offerings, including development, dependencies, and features
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and a strong grasp of the regulatory environment
- Professional certifications in risk or related disciplines are highly desirable
