The Energia Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to help young Nigerian graduates build meaningful careers in the oil and gas industry. The initiative offers a structured development journey that combines practical experience, professional mentorship and exposure to technical and business functions within the company.
As a trainee, participants will work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on industry knowledge and develop the skills needed to grow confidently in a competitive energy environment. Outstanding trainees may also receive full-time employment offers at the end of the programme.
The programme provides a blend of real work experience, mentorship and opportunities to contribute to impactful projects across the organisation.
Requirements for Application
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be Nigerian graduates in Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Computer, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Geoscience, Business or Finance.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or a Second-Class Lower with a Master’s degree at distinction level.
- Completion of NYSC in 2023 or later.
- Must be self-driven, energetic and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
