Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) has commenced admission for 2026 UTME candidates who chose the institution as their first choice on the JAMB portal.
Before the commencement of admissions, the university had released a memo urging prospective applicants to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal.
UDUS has also released the cut-off marks for each course, urging candidates to select courses that match their UTME scores, with the general cut-off mark pegged at 150.
Candidates who have completed the necessary process and met the school’s requirements have been encouraged to wait for admission to reach their preferred courses.
UDUS does not conduct post-UTME or screening examinations for its admission seekers.
However, the institution has stated that candidates must possess a minimum of five O’Level credits obtained in not more than two sittings, alongside a UTME score of 150 or above, depending on their intended course of study.
Admitted candidates and prospective applicants have been advised to prepare necessary documents ahead of admission confirmation.
These include original O’Level certificates, original UTME result issued by JAMB, birth certificate, JAMB admission letter, and other relevant documents.
Confirmation of admissions is expected to begin in October 2026.
