The University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT, has announced adjustments to its Second Semester Examination schedule following the recent ASUU strike, which affected some exam dates.
This was contained in a memorandum dated September 21, 2026, signed by the Registrar, Mrs Gloria O. Chindah, PhD.
According to the notice, examinations scheduled for the remaining days of this week, from Tuesday, September 22, to Friday, September 25, 2026, will hold as originally planned, with no changes to the existing timetable.
Examinations that could not hold on September 17, 18 and 21 have now been rescheduled for September 28, 29 and 30, 2026, respectively.
These rescheduled examinations will take place at the same times and venues indicated in the original timetable.
The university also announced that ECO 102.2 will now be written on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Similarly, examinations originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, have been moved to Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the same times and venues.
The university management urged all affected students to take note of the revised dates and make the necessary preparations accordingly.
