The programme is designed for young professionals who are eager to learn, grow and gain exposure to the financial industry. Trainees will work closely with different teams, join learning sessions, attend meetings and explore various work environments to build practical, hands-on experience.

Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field
- Professional certifications are an advantage
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Maximum age of 27 at the time of application
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and growth mindset
- Previous experience is not required but can be beneficial
