Summit University, Offa, Kwara State, has received full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for six of its academic programmes. The approval follows a rigorous review by NUC expert panels and is valid for the next five years.
The accredited programmes include Microbiology, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, and Political Science—each reflecting the university’s growing reputation for academic strength and institutional excellence.
In a statement by Dr. Sola Hassan, the National Publicity Secretary of the Ansar-ud-Deen Society of Nigeria (the body behind the faith-based institution), the university was commended for this significant milestone. According to him, “This achievement reflects Summit University’s strong academic structure, highly qualified faculty, state-of-the-art facilities, and dedication to upholding national and global standards in higher education.”
As the 2025/2026 admission season begins, the Ansar-ud-Deen Society is encouraging students and parents to consider Summit University for its outstanding educational offerings.
