Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) is now accepting applications for its 2025 Postgraduate Internship Program. This opportunity is part of Chevron’s commitment to empowering Nigerian students through real-world industry exposure and technical development.
The program supports the Nigerian government’s Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and offers hands-on learning experiences for postgraduate students across disciplines.
As an intern, you’ll take on meaningful assignments aligned with your academic discipline or research area. A supervisor will guide your daily tasks and support your professional growth throughout the program.

Who Can Apply?
- Nigerian students studying either in Nigeria or abroad
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s, Doctorate, or postgraduate professional program
- Candidates whose academic program requires research or industry experience
How Selection Works
- Submit an official recommendation letter from your institution along with your application
- Indicate your research area or field of interest in the application
- Internships run for a minimum of 6 months and up to:
- 12 months for Master’s students
- 24 months for Doctoral students
- All applications must be completed online
- Candidates will be shortlisted through aptitude tests and/or interviews
- Selection is based on merit and available slots
